Healing Pathways - Grieving Well is an online directory that provides accessible information, community connections, and practical tools to help individuals navigate grief. The directory will be available to all Nova Scotians in 2025, with a current focus on resources in Cumberland, Colchester, and East Hants.

NSHPCA provides a variety of grief resources to support individuals and professionals in navigating loss and emotional wellness. Visit their website at www.nshpca.ca to explore these resources and access valuable information.

Nova Scotia Health’s Life Changes website offers a collection of grief, bereavement, trauma, and resiliency resources. Access support from Nova Scotia Health and its partner organizations by exploring the links available on the site.
